Since 2009, it has been formally authorised by Trades Recognition Australia (TRA) to conduct TSS and OSAP skills assessments for the occupations of Baker, Cook, Chef and Pastrycook.
The Institute’s experienced assessors have in depth, practical knowledge of commercial kitchen environments, Australian food safety standards (FSANZ) and both Western/Commercial and Asian cuisines. They are committed to a fair, transparent and rigorous assessment process that recognises genuine skills developed through real-world experience.
