You must show that you have worked in your nominated occupation for a sufficient period, typically a minimum of 3 years of relevant full time equivalent experience in a professional kitchen, bakery or food production environment.
Your work experience must be sufficiently recent. Assessors want to see that you have been actively practicing your trade in the years leading up to your application.
You will need employer reference letters on company letterhead, payslips or tax documents confirming paid employment, contracts of employment, photographs of your work if available and certified copies of your qualifications and trade certificates.
